Special and various educational experiments are being done from time to time in the field of primary education. The Pragya approach is also one of the continuum chains. Pragya approach has been implemented in the state of Gujarat since June 2010. The approach is extended under Phase-3 in June 2018. Learning outcomes are getting better due to the special husband teaching in Pragya approach. In view of the breadth of the cognitive approach, it is imperative to develop a special kind of understanding of teachers rather than teaching. Under this training guide, topics of classroom management and classroom management have been introduced for teachers rather than teaching under the pragya approach. Different dimensions of training such as discussion, demonstration, writing, exposure, group work etc. are covered in different subjects. Introduction: The Pragya approach, which started in June 2010, is expanding to more than 7,500 schools in the state from next June 2013. 2. Intelligence: Teaching Behavior Introduction Teacher's teaching behavior is an important factor when doing teaching work with students. If the logical order of teaching matters is properly arranged by the teacher in the classroom, then the teaching process runs smoothly. Here the teaching practice is placed by the example of a unit. Considering the activity-oriented, student-centered and capacity-oriented approach, a unit can be introduced as follows. In the pragya approach ... activity oriented and student centered teaching work is done. The same point of learning is to learn from different methods. Students go through different stages of study to learn a single topic. Such as - new concept teaching by the teacher, doing activities, learning from materials, working according to the need of classmate teaching, strengthening, self-study and evaluation etc. Gradual learning skills such as - listening, narration. The order of reading and writing is maintained. Listening-Reading includes different things like comprehension, understanding, application, creativity etc. Evaluation and remedial work is done at the end of each milestone. (SCE) is a child psychology wise ladder so that the pragya approach is child friendly. Learning how to learn 'and student is the creator of knowledge.
